If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase, as this is required to process any return or refund.

 

2. Return Shipping and Postage

Depending on the reason for the return, shipping costs may be covered by GlowGuard or the customer:

  • Manufacturer Defect or Company Error: If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturer defect or if there was an error in your order on our end, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Simply reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you wish to return your item for any reason at no fault of Modern-x (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure safe delivery.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at suport@theglowguard.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

 

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items
